He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill and May; his siblings, Raymond, Don, Clyde, Clifton and Lola Mitchell (Leonard); his children, Marilyn, Norman (Parm) and Karen Garcia (Mel); his son-in-law Mel Garcia (Karen); his son Ronald Jenkins (Janet); his son-in-law Rush Lewis (Tammy Cox); his grandson Mikey Jenkins; his great grandchildren, Haily Jenkins and Ronald Glen Potter; and his great great grandchild Blakely Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his children, Michael D. Jenkins (Janet) of Duchesne, Lynett Sprecher (Darrel) of Duchesne and Tammy Cox of Cheyenne, WY; his daughter-in-law Janet Jenkins (Ronald); and his siblings, Eldon Jenkins (Debbie), Lois Johnstun (Blake), Virginia Tanner and Fern Zubiate (Rafael). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren, and 20 great-great grandchildren.
