He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace "Moon" Mullins and Emma Rosella Mullins; his wife Tami; and his son Brad. He is survived by: his brothers, Lloyd and Larry; his close friends, Lloyd, Kirk and Steve; and his children, Marlo, Danny (Caycie) and Amy Jo. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
