He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Austin and Ona Givens Allen; his siblings, Gerri Sperry, Leona Cook, Judy Allen, Bill Allen and Benny Allen; and his grandson William Meier.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Taylor of Duchesne; his children, Angela Buck (Troy), Randalynn Hickman, Cody Allen (Katy), Misty Anderson, Susan Shepherd (Gary), Jeffery Taylor, Becky Wolf (Ryan), Jimmy Sauter (Kandi), Franky Sauter (Emma) and Tiffany Meier (Kyle); and his brother Rex Allen (Mona). He is also survived by 21 grandkids, numerous nieces and nephews.
