He is survived by: his children, Franklin Montag, Dennis Montag, Misty Montag, John Chapman, Cindy Webster (Todd), Matt Chapman (Denise) and Robert Chapman; his brothers, Dennis Montag (Darla), Blaine Montag (Dana) and Grant Montag; and his close friends, Terry Gilson and Rod Wake.
