It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Kaye Frandsen of Duchesne, Utah, born in Panguitch, Utah, who passed away on November 6, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Henrie and Neucile Henrie; her husband Daniel Frandsen; and her brothers, Jerald and Wally.
She is survived by: her children, Dan, LaCinda Higley (Dean), Danny (Teresa), Tina, David (Cherri) and Jared (Melissa); her brothers, Carl Henrie (Judy) and Chris Henrie (Tanya); her sister-in-law Sherril England; and her foster sister Linda Laurence. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, attendees will be required to wear a mask and there will be a restriction of 99 attendees for the funeral services.
