Cooper (Jerry); his grandchildren, Mark (Ashleigh) of Huntington, Utah, Colton Jensen of Huntington, Utah, Katlin Jensen (Carrie) and Stevie Coulter; his great grandchildren, Ryatt Roy, Kanyon Clay Jensen and Payton; and his stepchildren, Craig, Jeremy and Jenna.
