He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thomas and Mary Maxine Wimmer Burdick; and his siblings, Barbara Meriwether and John "Sam" Burdick. He is survived by: his brothers-in-law, Duane Meriwether and Ralph Madsen; his children, Susan Burdick of Vancouver, WA, Carol Poulson (Cris) of Lafayette, CO, Leisa Cook (Dean) of Vernal, UT, David Burdick (Natalie) and Becky Dastrup (Kelly) of Vernal, UT; and his siblings, Jerry Burdick (Margie), Carolyne Madsen of Duchesne and Shirlie Burdick of Duchesne. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
The family asks that those attending wear a mask and practice social distancing.
