He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cecil and Henrietta Rose Hines (Dooren); his wife Donna; his sister-in-law Patricia; and his nephew John.
He is survived by: his daughters, Darla (Sheldon) and Devvon (Dustin); his brothers, Jim (Jane) and Bob (Cece); and his grandchildren, Colton, Brody (Brooke), Tanner (Aveen), Dylan and Kylie.
