She was predeceased by: her parents, Sesaria Hurtado Ortega and Joseph Ortega; her husband Joseph L. Katter; her sons, Joseph Michael Katter and Jeffrey Louis Katter; and her siblings, Chinta, John, Josie, Jesse, Lupe, Tony, Albert and Angie.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Katter, George Katter (Dawn), John Katter, Midvale and Jimmy Katter (Garyldine); and her sisters, Mary Gaitin, Lola Allen and Rosie Wall. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
