She is survived by: her parents, Mark Long and Lynda Taylor; her son Dallen Chad Kendrick; her husband Chad Kendrick; her siblings, Austin Long (Lela), Stephanie Carsrud (Scott), Lacey Taylor and Kat Newman (Josh); and her grandparents, Dale and Louise Murdock. She is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
