She was predeceased by: her parents, Gomer Arnold and Ruth Alger Arnold; her son Ernest Brad Andrizzi; and her siblings, Gomer, Jr, Kyle, Shefton Arnold, Marilyn McCandless and Yvonna Mortensen.
She is survived by: her children, Brett Andrizzi (Kathy), Todd Andrizzi (Sherrie) of Sandy, Lance Andrizzi (Joanna) of Farmington, Tara Edwards (LaVon) of South Jordan and Flynn Andrizzi (Alison) of Newport Beach, CA; and her siblings, Shirley Mangum of Orem, Brent (JoAnn) and Barry Arnold (Carolyn) of St. George. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
