He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Ragsdale and Louisa Ragsdale; his brother Donald; his wife Eileen Morse; and his children, Krista Nielson, Steven (Naomi), Janice, Jeffrey and Sandi Thomas. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren and two sisters.
