He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Kelley and Marie Kelley. He is survived by: his children, Douglas (Janeen), Linda and David (Stephanie); his wife Marian; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Jerika, Megan, Jameson, Chase, Jordan, Sarah, Noah, Patrick, Nathan, Collin, Aidan, Amanda and Alex. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
