He was predeceased by: his daughter Carrie; his granddaughter Merci; his son Todd; and his sisters, Audrey Groen (Stan) and Lell Farley (Doug).
He is survived by: his children, Kerry (Sherie), Shawn (Kathy), Jody (Cindy), Guy (Ginny) and Julie of Beth Linker; and his siblings, Kay (Connie) and LuAnn Welch. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren.
