She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Curtis Hanks and Minnie Estelle Edman; and her siblings, Emagean Sirrine, Fred Hanks, Duane Hanks, Lorin "Bob" Hanks and Ronald "John" Hanks.

She is survived by: her husband Edwin; and her children, Joseph (Sally), Linda White (John), Bret (Stacey) and Cory. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
