She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Wayman and Welzie Wayman; and her husbands, Edward Vance Grange and LaMar Raymond Jacob. She is survived by: her children, Connie Burt, Geri Petersen (Michael), Vance Grange (Tamara) and Julie Shafizadeh (Massoud).
A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 9:30 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Castle Dale 2nd Ward (35 E Main St, Castle Dale, UT 84513). A burial was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Orangeville City Cemetery (760 W 250 N, Orangeville, UT 84537).
