He is survived by: his parents, June Sivertsen and Gordon Sivertsen; his wife Maja Stąpór; his daughters, Kathryn (Heath), Michaela, Tessa, Zosia, Emmi and Nika; his siblings, Darren (Sheri), Brenda (Rod) and Michelle (Jay); and his grandchildren, Eleanor and Dominic.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
