She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Carper and Lottie Carper; and her siblings, Helen Mae Carper, Walter Carper Jr., Mary Carper, Hazel Larue and Harry Carper.
She is survived by: her sons, Lantz Monson (Pam), Neil Monson (Julie) and Drew Monson (Martina). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Murray Memorial Mortuary (5850 S 900 E, Murray, UT 84121). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Utah Veterans Cemetery & Memorial Park (17111 South 1700 W, Bluffdale, UT 84065).
