He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leonard Phillips and Blanche Olive Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Donna May Williams of Draper; and his children, Kimberley Bodhaine (Mark Bodhaine), Heidi Stokes (Scot Stokes), James Phillips (Kathy Phillips), Scot Phillips (Julie Phillips), Jonathan Phillips (Amy Phillips) and Stephan Phillips (Channy Phillips). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren.
