She was predeceased by: her parents, John Buckla and Mary Buckla; her husband William Prokipchak; her siblings, Anne, Mary, Helen, Julie, Veronica, Olga, Michael, Andrew, John and Charlie; and her friend Murl Gibbins.
She is survived by: her children, Diane of Albuquerque, NM, Bill of Boston, MA and Andrea (Greg Short) of Sandy, UT; her grandsons, Derek and Ryan (Lindsey); her sister-in-law Anne Buckla; and her caregivers, Austin, Allison, Melissa, Daniela and Chaplain Chris. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and their children.
The family would kindly ask those attending the services to wear a face mask due to concerns of COVID-19.
