She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father George William Shell, Jr.; her former husband Kevin M. Dustin; her children, Danielle Polokoff and Scott Dustin; her mother Anna Mae; and her siblings, Phil (Katie), Frieda Franchina (Brad) and Lloyd (Lauriann).
In lieu of flowers, her family would appreciate donations made to Cache Valley for Hope Cancer Foundation.
