He was predeceased by: his parents, Escar Jesse Decker Senior and Jessie Jurldine Byrns Decker; his siblings, Jurldine, Pauline, Helen "Irene" Hughey, Betty Tabor, William "Billy" Decker and Homer Decker; his grandson Griffin Call; and his great grandchild Afton Mellen.
He is survived by: his significant other Pat; his children, Desiree Lorimer (Scott), Ramona Call (Jeff), Jay Decker (Michelle) and Maria Bagley (Matt); and his sister Barbara Sledge.
