He is survived by: his son Chad; his daughter-in-law Allison; his granddaughter Lillian Rae; his sister Lisa; his brother-in-law Brian Juhnke; and his nieces and nephews, Tyson, Amanda, Kade, Jessica, Jordan, Rachel and Kristen.
