She was predeceased by: her husband James Edward Clark. She is survived by: her children, Melanie Ann, James Rex Clark of Midvale, UT and Melanie King; her grandchildren, Emily, Clara, Grant and Gwen King; and her brothers, Robert Jensen (Sharon), Richard Jensen (Carol) and Michael Jensen (Linda). She is also survived by her four grandchildren.
