She was predeceased by: her children, Thomas and Tina; and her husband Robert. She is survived by: her daughters, Jo Leen Slack (Dale), Tammy Clemens and Terri Nieder (Jim). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
