He was predeceased by: his wife Dixie; his son John J; his parents, Ronald Earl and Ruth Rasmussen Allen; and his brothers, Donald Ray, Alva Ralph and Robert Edward.
He is survived by: his children, Katherine Andrews (Melvin), Duane J (Sharla), Calvin Ralph (Karen), Ronald J (Denise), Judy Greenland, Roger Donald (Michelle), Lana Ricord (Clayton), Gordon J (Denise), Verna Cruz and Michael J (Laurie). He is also survived by 54 grandchildren, and 110 great grandchildren.
