He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Dewey and Nellie Irene Knowles Gardner; his wife Mary Anne Goodey; his siblings, Merwyn, Lynette Macfarlane and Ina Elizabeth Pett; and his daughter-in-law Debbie Gardner.
He is survived by: his children, Bart (late Debbie) of Carlsbad, Kevin of Deweyville, Lori Riser (Troy) of Deweyville and Ryan Gardner (Sue) of Tremonton; and also, Jared and Kevin.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Deweyville/ Riverview LDS Church (10750 N 3000 W, Deweyville, UT 84309). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at the Deweyville Cemetery (11250 UT-38, Deweyville, UT 84309).
