She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Max A. Brunker and Betty DeLila Baker; her siblings, Laurie Williams (Brad) and Roger Brunker (Julie); her husband Elden Kirk Peery; and her children, Kristen Casto (Jason), Kase Peery (Shannon) and Karalee Nelson (Anthony). She was also cherished by her husband, three children, two siblings, ten grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

She served on multiple committees for the Jordan Education Foundation.
