He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd B. Blackburn and Clay Taylor Blackburn; his brother Eugene (Loma Blackburn); and his sister-in-law Bonnie Blackburn. He is survived by: his wife Linda Loraine Anderson of Fremont; his children, Cory Blackburn of Niangua Missouri, Travis of Axtell, Josie Blackburn of Axtell, Tyler of Axtell, Mariela Blackburn of Axtell, Kristina, Dallas Elmer of Fremont, Annette and Kevin Jensen of Loa; and his brother Wilbert (Amy Blackburn). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
