He is survived by: his wife Nadine Warren; his children, Kristen of Phoenix, AZ, Kara Springer (Josh), John Spanish Fork (Shantelle) and Jason (Rachel); his grandchildren, Reagan, Gunner, Berkley, Zoe and Phineas; his siblings, William "Bill" (Kandie), Max (Donna), Steven Kunzler (Holly) and Lynette White (Jack); and his sister-in-law JoAnn Kunzler.
