She was predeceased by: her sister Ardith Louise Shields; and her nephew Kehl Fredricksen. She is survived by: her husband Wesley D. Wilkes; her children, Angela Gail Wilkes, Jennifer Hickman (Bobby), Delta and James "Jimi" Wilkes; her grandchildren, Ian, Eric, Abbie and Katie Wilkes; her great grandchildren, James Woodmaster and Raine Wilkes; her brother Richard Shields; and her nieces, Kulena Vondrachek and Danae Fredricksen. She is also survived by three children.
