He was predeceased by: his parents, Flora Brown and Eldon Brown; his brothers, Haldon and Don Brown; his children, Garry Brown and Julie Phillips; and his granddaughter Brooklyn Petersen.
He is survived by: his wife Terry Welch Brown; his children, Kerry Edmonds (Ken Phillips), Debbie Legge (John), Charles Brown (Jenny), Heather Brown (Jesse), Angela (Randy Reed) and Chantel Petersen (Colby); and his sibling Merrilyn Brown. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and 36 great-grandchildren.
