She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd William and Ollie Brown Slattery Thompson; her husband Dick; her son Michael Lee; and her foster daughter Shary Barnes Sides.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Rhue (William), Ted Shank (Lanie), Elko, Russell Shank (Sissy) and William Shank (Connie); and her sister Betty Smith (Jim). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
