He is survived by: his children, Koda Manis, Kaydence Hurlburt, Cheyenne Manis and Kaleb Manis; his parents, Phill Manis and Vickie Manis; his siblings, Jessica Manis, Wade Manis, Rick Manis (Shantel), Delta and Cole Manis (Amy); and his grandparents, Dee, Eathel Church and Delta. He is also survived by four children.
