He was predeceased by: his father Ray Cook; his brother Doug Cook; and his granddaughter Taylee King. He is survived by: his former spouse Shelly Kay Taylor; his children, Justin Petersen (Colette), Sheremy Petersen, Jennifer Jensen (Cody), Shantel Borwegen (Jason), Kelsey Jones (Kyle) and Kesler Cook (Dani); his mother ClaraBelle Cook; and his siblings, Russ Cook (Susan) and Jodi Nielson (Doug). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
