He was predeceased by: his parents, Adoph "Abe" Smith and Dorothy Knutta Fulton Smith; his wife Frances Dee Chaffin; his son David; his daughter-in-law Janis Smith; his sons, Robin and Corey; his son-in-law Lou Pardone; his great grandchild Elizah Smith; and his siblings, Hank and Norma.
He is survived by: his children, Russell (Christine), Brian (Julie), Wendy Kelly, Jennifer Pardone and Matthew (Jane); and his daughter-in-law Linda Smith.
