She is survived by: her former husband Douglas Fred Turner; her children, Dean Turner, Dale Turner (Carrie), David Turner (Jean), Deidra Bacon (Vale) and Denise Sampson (Zack); her husband Charles Sledge; her siblings, Glenda Conk, Gaylen Cropper (Kathy) and Mary Ellen Evans (Aaron); and her sister-in-law Ann Cropper. She is also survived by her husband, children, 40 grand & great grandchildren.
