He is survived by: his parents, Alan Johnson and Paula Bringhurst Johnson; his brothers, Brett (Jennie) of Manti, Utah, Tim (Dallas) of Logandale, Nevada and Nick (Leticia) of Kingman, Arizona; and his grandparents, Glen and Kay Johnson. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
