He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard E. Owens and Bette Ann Owens (Cork). He is survived by: his former wife Lana Byrd; his wife Rosalie Vernon; his stepchildren, Blake, Craig and Brooke; his children, Jennifer Elmont (Mark) and Brandon Owens (Angie); his grandchildren, Daren Elmont (Alyssa), Lauren Nelson (Steve), Jason Elmont (Allison), Erin Phelps (P. J.), Megan Baker (Greg), Ryan Elmont (Payton), Alli Sarkady (Tyler), Kaitlyn Elmont, Kelsey Owens, Lexie Owens, Paisley Owens and Halle Owens; and also, Diana, Suzanne and Linda Lee. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, with two additional great-grandchildren on the way, and many stepchildren, step-grandchildren, and great step-grandchildren.
