He is survived by: his stepfather Roy Andreasen; and his brothers, Thayne Smith (Krista), Clifton Smith (Susan), Phillip Smith (Tori), Spencer Smith (Karyn), Benjamin Smith and Jens Andreasen (Megan). He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, and 3 grand-nephews.
