He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Howells; his children, Russell Mills (Janelle) of Mitchell, NE, Dustin Mills (Brandee) of Randolph, UT, Melissa Williams (Klade) of Declo, ID, David Mills (Kate) of Kennewick, WA and Ivan (Mandy) of Kimberly, ID; and his sisters, Lola Carter (Rod) of West Point, UT, Connie Mecham (Rich) of Logan, UT, Carol Hymas (Ronnie) of Newdale, ID and Beverly Silker (Alan) of Tremonton, UT. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
