Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Howard leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his wife Wendy; his parents, Bill Mills and Lola Mills; and his sisters, Karen Harward and Carol Ann Devey (Carl).
He is survived by: his sons, Austin Mills (Linley), Ryan Mills (Lisa) and Jordan Mills (Ashley). He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren.
