She was predeceased by: her father Horace William Burnett; her grandchildren, Melissa Cummins and Derek Brent Cummins; her mother Lola Areta Saunders Jones; and her brothers, Rulon David Burnett, William Lamont Burnett and Marlan Horace Burnett.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney C. Cummins (Dianne), Sandra McCray (Tim), Brent D Cummins (Lucy) and Jeffery C. Cummins (Michelle); and her brother George L. Thompson. She is also survived by 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
