He is survived by: his children, Dawn M. Simpson and Bill Steele, Jr.; his grandchildren, William Steele and Bridget Holt; his siblings, Richard, Mary, Donna, Jeff and Jim; and his caregivers, Stephanie, Ashley and Billie.
