He is survived by: his family, Shelly, Sheri, Casie and Jared; his wife Joan Smith; his children, Shelly Moss (Darin), Sheri Burton (Brady), Casie Maughan (Scott) and Jared Waggoner (Jamie); and his sister Waunalee Hensley (Randy). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
