He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Vicky Johnstone (David) and Tim (Terri); his granddaughter Amanda; his stepgrandchildren, Bryce, Brian and Emerald; his sister-in-law Marilyn Branch (late Laurie); his nephews, Bob (Irene) and Jeff (Brenda); and his niece Becky Leclerc (Rick).
