She is survived by: her father Reed Chadwick of Farr West; her husband Chris Elmore; her son Liam Elmore of Clearfield; her brothers, James Chadwick (Bobbi) of Farr West and Matthew Chadwick of Roy; her half-sister Janette Jeppson (Scott) of Farr West; and her nieces and nephews, Casey Rudd, Lexi, Gabby Chadwick, Jaden and Conner Chadwick.
