He was predeceased by: his sister Kelly. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Jensen and Nadine Jensen; his children, Sadie Jensen, Alec Robinson Jensen and Connor Jensen; and his sisters, Brooke Smith (Heath) and Kim Jensen. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Clearfield City Cemetery (1050 State St, Clearfield, UT 84015).
