He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Merl and Grace Roberts Fowler; and his sister Yvonne Kenley. He is survived by: his wife Marie Pearce Fowler of Clearfield; and his children, Scott Fowler (Vicki) of Benicia, CA, David W. Fowler (Patricia) of Kaysville, Loren J. Fowler (Cheryl) of Vancouver, WA and Karen Sherman (Blain) of Washington Terrace. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
