He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Casper Marchant and Beatrice Alveretta Peterson; his son Gary Muir Marchant; his wife Joan; his great grandchild Abigail; his siblings, LeGrande, George, Maurice, Roger, Lucy, Elva, Joan and Lois; and his parents-in-law, Jean, Valoy, Bob, Chuck, Lindsay and Gladys.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Pehrson (Dave), Rodney Muir Marchant (Becky), Harold Kent Marchant, Stephen Carl Marchant (Heidi) and Kimberly Budd (Zadok).
